Pertex Quantum®

Pertex® Quantum is ideal for taking part in static or low energy activities where maintaining your body heat is key. Typical situations where Pertex® Quantum comes into its own would be when you’re watching a sailing race or you’re sat on deck in the late evening.
It is also effective when worn during dynamic activities in very cold conditions, such as early morning dog walks or hill hiking in winter. It’s an ultralight, water resistant and windproof material that maintains body heat without leaving you sweaty, thanks to its high levels of breathability.
Pertex® Quantum is made from incredibly fine yarns that have been tightly woven together into a soft fabric that is extremely lightweight, yet boasts thermal efficiency properties. This is because the fabric is designed to trap still air, which keeps you warm when the outside temperature is dropping.
